Social event is an exclusive nocturnal visit to the temporary expo “Aan tafel! Van de akker tot het bord” “A table! Du champ à l’assiette”. This is the largest expo on gastronomy in Belgium!
The expo covers all aspects of food, such as the science behind ingredients and dishes and future challenges to feed a world of 9 billion people. The exhibition is in close collaboration with top chefs and also includes contemporary art work on food. The exhibition is at the Tour & Taxis site, a 15min walk from the conference center. The fee is 15 €.
The conference dinner will be organised in the superb Tasso, which is also located at the Tour & Taxis site. The fee for the dinner is 70 €, all inclusive.
